Board members pressed whether the timeline could be expedited; staff said TNMP counsel agreed to provide revised drawings by Friday but expressed skepticism about both the timing and the accuracy of any Friday deliverable. Staff said the error dates back to March and that intense pressure had been applied that afternoon to secure corrected plans.
