The Marshall County Board of Supervisors voted 3-0 on Feb. 11 to adopt Resolution 2026-0010 approving the Preliminary and Final Plats for the Chiroptera Subdivision. The motion was made by Supervisor Christian Goodman and seconded by Hibbs; the minutes record "Motion carried 3-0."
County staff member Kelly told the board the plat had been submitted in compliance with the Marshall County Plating and Subdivision Ordinances. Licensed surveyor Dan Matzinger of CGA provided technical details about the plat and Emily Herring, Marshall County Conservation Director, offered additional comments before the vote. The record lists no further amendments and records the formal adoption of the plats.
