No members of the public spoke at ADEM rulemaking hearing; hearing adjourned

Burks said the department will consider all oral and written comments received by the stated deadline, prepare responses, and forward a final draft of the proposed rules and a summary of principal reasons for or against adoption to the Environmental Management Commission for possible action. "Thank you for your attendance and participation today. This evening's adjourned," Burks said to close the session.
