"I'm Kristen Conley, and I'm the owner of 1025 North Vigo," she said. Council Attorney Renzo Williams recommended tabling the item so the petitioner and administration could reconcile missing paperwork, while the chair asked staff to review prior emails and report back at the next meeting. No council vote was recorded; the item remains pending.
