Court approves naloxone vending MOU, PHEP and food-establishment rule updates

The court approved certification and appropriation of federal PHEP funds in the amount of $592,548 with a local match of $59,002.55 to support preparedness activities. Health staff said the PHEP award included reallocated budget categories in an amendment and pledged outreach and public education on related issues.
