The manager said the June net surplus was approximately $119,000 compared with a budgeted $97,500.
Authority members emphasized the broader first-half results: staff reported 51 event days and attendance of just over 214,000 through the first six months and a year-to-date net surplus of about $399,000 versus a budgeted $163,000. A board member noted that the finance committee had not had a quorum at its July meeting and asked the Authority to ratify the figures at the full-authority level. The motion to accept the financials passed on a roll call, with affirmative votes recorded for Troy, Craig, David, Blake and the chair.
