Budget officer Scott Woodland briefed the court on FY27 planning and moved the recommended budget presentation to next Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, to allow staff additional time to finalize revenue estimates and health insurance premiums.
Woodland said the county had received certified values and was working with the tax office on the no‑new‑revenue calculation and with the insurance provider on premiums. Commissioners voted to adopt the amended calendar and directed staff to provide updated premium numbers and to continue work on civilian salary discussions.
