Outcomes across the stops included verbal warnings (65.23%), citations (19.27%), and 106 total arrests (86 arrests related to warrants). She also described how officers enter data into the vendor system and how the department performs a verification review before finalizing the report.
Council asked follow-up questions about data aggregation and location coding; Horn explained record-entry processes and clarified the reported totals.
