City staff to house DEIB documents on Google Drive; staff warns files will be public record

A staff member said the drive can be created and shared with all commissioners but cautioned that "it's subject to public record." The staff member told the commission the city would retain ownership of the folder and that commissioners would be granted access privileges by invitation.
Staff also told commissioners that the community survey results are being presented to city council later in the week and that staff will bring the full analysis to the commission at its next meeting for deeper review. Commissioners asked staff to ensure all materials placed in the Drive are clearly labeled and that a single staff owner be assigned to handle transfers and public-record requests.
