Council approves first reading to resize Library & Cultural Enrichment Advisory Board; adopts slate of appointments

Council also considered a slate of board and commission appointments. The slate included moving Sabino Rojas Jr. to Place 5 on the Public Safety and Infrastructure Committee and appointing Jason Reyes to Place 4 on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; council approved the slate and confirmed reappointments. Council then nominated Gary N. Waldron to fill the unexpired Place 7 seat on the Hurst City Council and carried the nomination by voice vote.
