Resident urges city to remove porta‑potty and dumpster at 922 Vanguard

"We have a porta potty on the property... The porta potty is now facing the property instead of the street, which was also a violation," Caporal said, adding that neighbors wanted the dumpster and porta‑potty removed because they are being used by passing workers and are an eyesore adjacent to million‑dollar homes.
Mayor Kilgore said the city manager would take note and follow up. The resident requested clarification about enforcement consistency after observing citations given to neighbors for yard and trash violations while the construction site appeared to remain in violation of city rules.
The council did not take immediate action in open session beyond directing staff to follow up via the city manager.
