Commissioners approve multiple plats, bonds and participation agreements tied to Sunrise Ridge and Chisholm Oaks

The commissioners unanimously approved a package of development items at the June 22 meeting, including an order releasing a construction bond for Chisholm Oaks (Order 2026-52) after staff confirmed the required road, drainage and signage work met development standards. Jennifer Vanderwine, Development Services Director, presented the supporting documents and recommended approval.
The court also approved replat revisions for The Retreat (Phase 2) and Stowe Vista, accepted the Sunrise Ridge plat and associated construction securities, and authorized a participation agreement so the developer will construct turn lanes on County Road 1123 consistent with Precinct 1 specifications. Motions to approve these items were made and seconded, and each measure carried unanimously.
