Resident warns Folly Road medians would harm pedestrian safety where sidewalks are lacking

Another commenter, Richard, suggested temporary treatments in critical areas to evaluate impacts before installing permanent barriers, noting practical concerns such as debris and large detached truck tires that could make fixed medians hazardous.
