La Habra introduces Brandon Harris as new management analyst

Acting staff said Harris comes from the city of Dublin, where he served as an ICMA fellow and gained experience in the city manager's office. During his brief introduction Harris said, "Hello, commissioners. As Kim stated, I'm in for Ivan Harris," and said he looked forward to working with staff and commission members.
Commissioners welcomed Harris and encouraged him to meet with staff and the public as he assumes his role. The department asked commissioners to help introduce Harris to community stakeholders as he begins.
