Community Services staff outline budget draft; department loses facility maintenance to Public Works, staff cites roughly $2.5M reduction

The department described grant funding streams that support child development and employment-and-training programs but did not provide a full line-item breakdown at the meeting; staff said a fuller presentation would follow in June after council review.
