The court discussed but took no action on a proposed prohibition of outdoor burning (A3) and instead asked that the item be placed on a future agenda because of ongoing grass‑fuel concerns.
The court approved a variance (A7) allowing the platting and permitting of two 0.912‑acre lots with 142.98 feet of frontage in Precinct 4 to accommodate an inherited split; the motion passed unanimously.
