Rolette County commissioners approve $43,246 in repairs for two county blades

The Rolette County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved repairs for two county road blades on Oct. 9, 2024. Board member Cam Mickelson moved to accept Butler's combined estimate of $43,246 to repair the Dunseith and Rolla blades; the motion was seconded by Board member Kent Abrahamson and carried on a roll-call vote with all members voting AYE.
The estimate broke down to $14,496 for the Dunseith blade and $28,750 for the Rolla blade. Chair Henry LaRocque presided over the vote. The board did not attach additional conditions to the approval; work will proceed with Butler at the submitted estimate.
