The Forney Planning and Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat for Pink Lady Ortho Lot 1, Block A, a 1.4-acre parcel east of Pinson Road and south of Ridgecrest Road intended for a multi-tenant office center. Staff said the plat establishes boundary lines and easements necessary for the proposed development and recommended approval.
A commissioner asked whether the tenant would be an orthodontist; staff responded it was still under discussion but could be dental or orthodontic. After the brief exchange the commission moved, seconded and approved the preliminary plat by voice vote. The preliminary approval allows the developer to proceed with detailed design and engineering steps moving toward final plat and permitting.
