Final plat for Trailhouse Park approved; tenant confirmed as Navy Federal

The Forney Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat for Trailhouse Park Lot 5R, Block A to establish boundary lines and easements necessary for development of a credit union. Staff said the final plat complies with the subdivision ordinance, the PD ordinance and the comprehensive zoning ordinance and recommended approval.
A commissioner asked whether the project was Navy Federal, and staff confirmed the tenant. The commission approved the final plat by voice vote and staff will proceed with recordation and any permitting required for construction.
