Nutrition Advisory Council recommends three members for HHS Board seats

The council moved and carried a motion to forward the nominations of Cathy Ferrell (Phillips), Robin Nielson (Brantwood) and David Schmidt (Park Falls) for terms of 04/30/2026–04/30/2028. The motion was recorded as “Motion Ferrell/Hoffman to accept” the three nominees and carried by the council.
The nominations will go to the HHS Board for final appointment. The council did not record roll-call vote details in the minutes; five members were present for the meeting and one member was excused. The council set its next meeting for April 23, 2026, at the Brantwood Community Center.
