Julie Vetter, the county's HR consultant (joining the meeting via Teams), told the board she is updating job descriptions for county employees and reported completion of the annual-review process. The board approved job descriptions for the Deputy Auditor/Treasurer/Tax Director; Deputy Auditor/Treasurer/Assistant Tax Director; and Facilities, Maintenance & Custodial Technician.
Vetter also reported she completed HIPAA training for the Sheriff's office and is working on a part-time job description for Mouse River Park. The board recorded her updates and approved the submitted job descriptions by unanimous vote.
