The minutes record the motion was moved by Comm. Joan Hollekim and seconded by Comm. John DeGroot and that the motion carried on roll call. The minutes do not include a contract or implementation schedule; the Tax Director and Auditor’s Office will handle procurement and ongoing licensing payments.
