Commission recognizes employees, awards super service and accepts Eagle Scout project

Staff (S5) announced July recognitions, naming Jennifer Maxfield and Destiny Andrews as employees of the month and recounting their response during a recent outage that aided a resident needing oxygen. "These two responded with kindness, reassurance, and support that went far beyond what was expected," S5 said as commissioners presented certificates.
Tina Grange (S7) nominated Chris Pulido for a super service award for providing emergency assistance to a recently released hospital patient; Pulido (S8) accepted and credited local volunteers and his church. The commission also welcomed Eagle Scout Trey Benoit (S9), who described a POW/MIA display he built and asked the county to consider placing it permanently in the administration building; resident David Jell (S11) supported permanent placement and provided historical context.
