Ionia County appoints members to Materials Management Planning Committee
Summary
The board approved a slate of appointees to the Materials Management Planning Committee after a presentation by the Conservation District Director; the board also approved an appointment to the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
Conservation District Director Melissa Eldridge presented candidates for the Materials Management Planning Committee and recommended their appointment. The board approved the slate by motion (moved by Larry Tiejema, supported by Gordon Kelley) and voice vote, appointing Don Johnson, Steve Blayer, Dan Tietema, Michael T. Lamphere, Kristie Warner, John Feuerstein, Doug Hyland, Lynelle Wilson, Dan Schoonmaker, Christian Jensen and Jack Shattuck.
Separately the board approved the appointment of Linda Willson to the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority. The motion to appoint Willson was moved by Terence Frewen and supported by Larry Tiejema and carried by voice vote.
