City Manager Cliff Blackwell said the agreement had been discussed in executive session over several months and that both the city's and the company's attorneys "agreed to the stipulations" contained in the deal.
There were no questions from councilors during the public presentation and staff asked for a motion to approve. The council moved, seconded and voted in favor of the resolution by roll call. Staff recorded the approval and the meeting adjourned shortly after the vote.
