Council adopts R1 single-family district with one-acre minimum lot size

Peter Morgan said the changes are intended to set the standard for new residential zoning and noted existing vested rights remain for already-platted areas.
Council opened the public hearing and closed it after no speakers appeared. Councilmember Schlenzker moved to approve the ordinance, Councilmember Helm seconded, and the council assigned Ordinance No. 26-13 upon passage.
