Board approves agenda, minutes, bills, bank statements and names depositories
Summary
The Traill County Water Resource District approved the meeting agenda, minutes from Dec. 16, payment of bills and electronic fund transfers, and December bank statements and general journal entries. The board also approved three banks as depositories of public funds and the pledge-of-assets list.
At the start of the meeting, Water Manager Jason Lovas moved to approve the agenda; Manager Gary Thompson seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Manager Joel Halvorson moved to approve the minutes of the Dec. 16 meeting and Manager Gary Thompson seconded; that motion also passed unanimously. Manager Andy Neset moved to approve payment of the bills and electronic fund transfers as presented in the check detail report; Manager Jason Lovas seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Later in the meeting Manager Jason Lovas moved to approve Dakota Heritage Bank, Goose River Bank, and First State Bank as depositories of public funds for the district and to approve the pledge-of-assets list as presented; Manager Andy Neset seconded and both motions passed by unanimous roll call votes. The board also approved December bank statements and general journal entries earlier in the meeting.
