Traill County Water Resource District retains leadership, appoints representatives to joint WRDs
Summary

At the Jan. 6 meeting, Manager Gary Thompson moved to retain the current board organization; Manager Joel Halvorson seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The board then made multiple representative appointments to intergovernmental watershed boards.
The board appointed Water Manager Andy Neset to the Elm River Joint WRD with Chairman Jason Siegert designated as alternate; it also appointed Manager Neset to the Red River Joint WRD with Manager Gary Thompson as alternate. Finally, the board named Chairman Jason Siegert, Manager Andy Neset, and Manager Gary Thompson to the Grand Forks–Traill Joint WRD. All appointment motions were approved by unanimous roll call votes.
