The Price County Executive Committee took several formal actions on Jan. 15. The committee also approved the Town of Georgetown Bridge and Culvert Aid resolution and agreed to send it to the full County Board for final approval on a motion by Doug Erickson and seconded by Jeff Hallstrand.
On land-sale business, the committee set a $500 starting auction price for unsold parcel tax ID #23518 (motion Hallstrand/Barkstrom). The committee approved an amended approach to the NWCEP $5,000 loan by setting a small payment plan (motion Hallstrand/Erickson) and amended Resolution 18-24 accordingly. Following closed-session review of the County Administrator contract under Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c), the committee voted (roll call Yes (4)) to send the employment agreement to the full County Board with a recommendation to approve.
