The board moved to approve the rezoning contingent on compliance with the Mountrail County Land Development Code (motion by Comm. Rice, seconded by Comm. Hollekim; roll call: all present voted yes).
The approval is recorded as contingent upon Teresa Miller complying with all other terms and conditions of the county land development code; no appeals or conditions beyond code compliance are recorded in the minutes.
