The board approved the bills and the transfer by roll call vote during its regular session at the Emergency/Community Room of the Mountrail County Courthouse in Stanley. Auditor records attached to the minutes list each vendor and the fund charged; the minutes note the full warrant list is posted on the county website and available in the Auditor’s Office. Commissioners said the transfer is intended to fund ongoing capital work identified in the 2024 road program.
