The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority on Jan. 6 unanimously approved the minutes from its Dec. 23, 2025 meeting and acknowledged routine financial reports provided by the Recorder/Treasurer and Auditor.
Board Member Jack Lytle moved to approve the minutes and later moved to acknowledge the MBA Cash Summary dated Jan. 2, 2026 and the MBA Accounts Receivable Report; Board Member Randy Asay seconded both motions. The board voted 3-0 to carry each motion. The Auditor presented an Open Invoice Register dated Jan. 5, 2026 totaling $377,445.71; the board approved that register by a unanimous vote. The MBA also acknowledged a Disbursement Summary covering Dec. 18, 2025 through Jan. 5, 2026 in the amount of $14,659.06.
These routine approvals were presented during the authority's regular meeting in the Daggett County Commission Chambers and by electronic means. No public comments were offered during the meeting. The board adjourned at 10:34 a.m.
