County conditionally approves contract for Tris Munsick concert with liability change

Commissioner Jack Lytle moved to approve the purchase order and contract conditionally with the required changes; the motion carried unanimously.
The conditional approval requires removal of the specified liability clause before final execution. Staff were instructed to return the revised contract for signature once the language is corrected.
