Daggett County seeks properties, participants for Self Help Housing Program

County and RDA staff told the commission the Self Help Housing Program is "progressing nicely" and that they want to recruit more participants for the next round. Staff said they will compile a list of properties that could be used and discussed whether parcels must be grouped together or could be sold/separated within the valley.
Commissioners did not take formal voting action on development of parcels at this meeting, but directed staff to continue assembling property options and participant outreach. Attorney Kent Snider will be asked for any legal constraints on property configuration if needed in follow-up work.
