The Washington County Commission adopted revisions to the joint Washington County–Johnson City Animal Control Center bylaws on Feb. 25 under Resolution 26-02-05. Commissioner Ben Carder moved the resolution, Commissioner Lewis Wexler seconded, and the roll-call vote recorded all present commissioners voting in favor except Commissioner Kenneth Huffine, who voted against the measure.
