The minutes record: "Motion by Merrill, second by Pluth to appoint Lisa Hansen as Chair and Heidi Goebe as Clerk of the joint meeting. All ayes. Motion carried." The boards then unanimously approved minutes from the previous joint meeting held Feb. 11, 2025 on a motion by Ronald Graettinger, seconded by Tim Schumacher.
The meeting opened at 10:31 a.m., proceeded through a multi-topic discussion on shared services and local programs, and adjourned at 11:44 a.m. following a motion by Jeff Quastad, seconded by Keith Wirtz. All three formal motions recorded in the minutes were marked "All ayes. Motion carried," indicating unanimous consent among the officials present.
