Palo Alto County adopts construction evaluation resolution, OKs Henriksen Hogs master matrix

The resolution also explains that the county’s recommendation to the Department of Natural Resources may be based on the matrix final score or other reasons the board identifies.
Following adoption, the board approved the master matrix evaluation for the Henriksen Hogs permit application in Section 15 of Independence Township. The motion to approve the master matrix passed without recorded opposition.
