The Cleveland County Purchasing Department opened bids for BID #HWY-2129 (Bulk Oils, Lubricants & Antifreeze) with a contract term of Jan. 22 through July 21, 2025. Bidders named included Southwestern Petroleum, AEG Petroleum, Hooten Oil LLC, and Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc.
Commissioner Jacob McHughes moved to accept the bids and postpone award while Purchasing tabulates and qualifies bidders; the motion passed unanimously. The board will review the Purchasing Department's tabulation before awarding the contract.
