Cleveland County approves consent docket including staffing, software licenses and $32,500 invoice

The Cleveland County Board of County Commissioners approved the consent docket at its Jan. 6, 2025 meeting, accepting invoice #1-45-4-8 for $32,500 from Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc. for Project: 72nd St (J/P 31255(04)); the invoice will be paid by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT).
The board also approved a Facility Assignment Confirmation with Amergis Healthcare Services to staff the county's Pregnancy Resource Coordinator, Denisse Ledesma, at $43 per hour and $64.50 per overtime hour for the period Jan. 15 through June 30, 2025. Separately, the Assessor's Office agreement with Venti Exchange for 45 Microsoft 365 Standard licenses (Jan. 5–Dec. 31, 2025) was approved in the annual amount of $6,750. Commissioners voted unanimously on the consent items.
