The County Commission approved five separate resolutions (Res. #26‑02 through Res. #26‑06) to create Agricultural Protection Areas (APAs) for the applicants named in the agenda (Udy; Roche/Myers; Wood; Mitchell; Holmgren). Each resolution was accompanied by legal descriptions, maps and acreage totals; for example, one resolution documents 2,527.29 acres (Res. #26‑05) and others list 117.52, 59.42, 248.69 and 19.68 acres respectively in the attachment materials.
Clerk Marla Young opened and closed a public hearing on the APA applications with no public comment, and the Commission adopted each resolution on unanimous roll‑call votes. Separately, the Commission approved Resolution #26‑01 to remove parcel 04‑048‑0027 from the agricultural protection area created on June 17, 2025; Exhibit A and B with legal descriptions and map changes were attached to the removal resolution.
