Member Lee Perry made the motion to appoint Bingham, which Member Tyler Vincent seconded; the roll-call vote recorded Chairman Bingham, Member Perry and Member Vincent voting Yea.
The appointment followed approval of the minutes from Dec. 4, 2024 and Dec. 18, 2024, which the board approved on a motion by Member Tyler Vincent and a second from Member Lee Perry. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bingham at 12:57 p.m. in the Historic County Courthouse in Brigham City, with Clerk Marla R. Young noted as present.
No public debate or objections were recorded on the appointment. The agency completed its remaining business, approved a renewal contract with the Box Elder Chamber of Commerce, and adjourned at 1:02 p.m.
