Student and residents tell council South Town Center could bring walkable retail and transit options

Other commenters supported the consultants’ annexation analysis and urged careful attention to regional funding channels for the CIP. Longtime resident Mike Saad praised staff and consultants for their annexation work and urged the council to coordinate with regional transportation and funding bodies (TIB, PSRC, ICC) to ensure Mill Creek is included in priority listings that secure grant funding.
