The consent agenda also included payroll claims (second installment of January 2026), transfers of appropriations and blanket purchase orders #263504–#263543.
The board additionally approved allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax receipts to municipalities, with Guthrie receiving $17,898.56 and Langston $2,695.86 among other distributions recorded in the agenda. The motions to approve were unanimous and the County Clerk was instructed to issue warrants for approved amounts.
