The Board of Logan County Commissioners approved the consent agenda and authorized county claims at its Jan. 15 meeting in Guthrie.
The consent agenda, moved by Commissioner Mark Sharpton and seconded by Commissioner Floyd Coffman, included payroll claims for the first installment of January 2026 (Batch 859 & 860), a transfer of appropriations of $75,000 (1226-2-0400-2005 to 1226-2-0400-120/1221), and blanket purchase orders #263313–#263330. The minutes record the board's unanimous action.
Separately, the board approved the printout of claims for county expenditures for Jan. 15, 2026 Batch 023 in the total amount of $481,903.92; the County Clerk was instructed to issue warrants for the listed amounts. Commissioner Monty Piearcy moved to approve the batch and the motion was seconded by Mark Sharpton, with the vote recorded as Piearcy-AYE, Sharpton-AYE and Coffman-AYE.
