Muskogee commissioners approve routine consent items, agreements and adjourn meeting

Board unanimously approved multiple routine motions including purchase orders, minutes, a utility permit, shredding contract for the health department, an invoice to Kellpro, a requisition officer list, an E911 agreement, and adjourned at 8:49 a.m.
At its July 13 meeting the Muskogee Board of County Commissioners approved a slate of routine and operational items by unanimous votes, including purchase orders, monthly and prior meeting minutes; an application and utility permit for a road bore in District 3; a service agreement with American Document Shredding LLC at $125 per month for the county health department; Invoice #00226107.0 to Kellpro for $5,394 for District 2 paperwork; and an FY26-27 requisitioning/receiving officer list for the health department.
The board also approved an agreement between the Muskogee County Sheriff's Office and the Muskogee City County E911 Trust Authority. No action was taken on three county court clerk contracts (LexisNexis account, Kyocera lease, and Stericycle shredding service) and on a subscription agreement with Regroup Mass Notification; those items were deferred. Chairman Keith Hyslop moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:49 a.m.; the motion passed unanimously.
