Court Services reports 569.6 community-service hours completed in December

At the Jan. 5 BOCC meeting Donna Parker of Oklahoma Court Services presented the program’s December 2025 activity. Parker reported 7 new community-service clients, 26 regular clients, zero sanction hours, 10 offender completions and a total of 569.60 hours completed for the month.
Parker listed December completion sites including Northern Oklahoma Humane Society, Tonkawa Cemetery, White Eagle Behavioral Health, Newkirk Public Library and 5th Street Park, where clients assisted with cleaning kennels, grounds maintenance, cleaning and trash pickup. She also outlined upcoming events where clients will assist at the Top of Oklahoma Museum, Friendship Feast, the Humane Society, New Life Trails and Camp McFadden.
The report gives commissioners an operational snapshot of court-ordered community service workloads and placements in the county for December 2025.
