Logan County commissioners appoint Piearcy chairman and Sharpton vice-chair

For the vice-chair position, Floyd Coffman moved that Mark Sharpton be appointed; Monty Piearcy seconded and the board voted unanimously (Piearcy-AYE, Sharpton-AYE, Coffman-AYE).
