Miller also moved to approve Resolution #26-110 authorizing a $12,512.00 payment to WSB for grant writing and professional services related to the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant application; the motion was seconded by Fine and approved 3–0. Both actions were recorded as resolutions in the meeting minutes and identify explicit dollar amounts and recipients.
The E-911 resolution is intended to ensure payroll and benefits remain covered if reimbursements fall short; the SS4A payment allocates funds for professional grant-writing services to support an anticipated grant application.
