Commissioner Marlon Miller moved and the board approved Resolution #26-109 authorizing up to $106,000.00 to cover any excess payroll and benefits for E-911 not reimbursed through monthly Oklahoma Tax Commission distributions. The motion was seconded by Will Fine and approved 3–0.
Miller also moved to approve Resolution #26-110 authorizing a $12,512.00 payment to WSB for grant writing and professional services related to the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant application; the motion was seconded by Fine and approved 3–0. Both actions were recorded as resolutions in the meeting minutes and identify explicit dollar amounts and recipients.
The E-911 resolution is intended to ensure payroll and benefits remain covered if reimbursements fall short; the SS4A payment allocates funds for professional grant-writing services to support an anticipated grant application. Further administrative steps and any required claims or purchase orders will be processed by county fiscal staff.
