The Westport Conservation Commission approved a filing to add gravel to an existing driveway at 100 North Pearl Street at its Sept. 3 meeting. Staff reported that the house, septic and grading are outside the 100-foot buffer and that the only activity within the buffer zone is adding gravel to the driveway; the lot has an existing well.
Staff recommended issuing an order of conditions with standard conditions pending a MassDEP file number. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the recommendation; no public concerns were raised during the presentation.
