County Engineer Michael McCarty presented vendor quotes: Nuss Truck & Equipment for a Mack tandem truck at $159,335.28 and Towmaster Truck Equipment for upfitting at $186,927.00; the purchase used State of Minnesota Cooperative Purchase Venture pricing. The Board voted unanimously to approve the purchase and to proceed with procurement and equipment upfitting. The two older trucks— a 2012 Mack GU713 and a 2017 Freightliner 114SD—were approved for resale on MNBid with reserve values.
